- Chat messages: The questions you ask and the answers you receive are stored so we can provide support history and resolve disputes
- Usage data: Basic stats like how many messages you've sent, used to monitor service quality
- Support form submissions: If you contact us via the support form, we keep a record of that communication
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information only to:
- Provide and improve the OpenClaw Rescue service
- Process your subscription payments via Stripe
- Respond to your support requests
- Maintain records of chat sessions for quality and dispute resolution purposes
- Send you service-related communications (never marketing without consent)
3. We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Period. Your data is yours. We are not in the business of selling customer information.
4. Third-Party Services
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate:
- Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy
- Anthropic — AI responses are processed through Anthropic's API. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy
- Amazon Web Services — our servers are hosted on AWS infrastructure
We do not share your personal information with these services beyond what is necessary to operate.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data and chat history for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted passwords (bcrypt), HTTPS on all connections, and restricted server access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we do our best.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Cancel your subscription at any time
