No. We are completely independent — not affiliated with OpenClaw or its developers in any way. We're just big fans who built a support service for the community. OpenClaw Rescue is operated by Oufimil Inc.
Anything OpenClaw-related: installation, setup, configuration, error messages, things that stopped working, slowness, updates gone wrong, connecting to AI providers, and general "how do I do X" questions. If it's about OpenClaw, we're here for it.
Our AI is specifically focused on OpenClaw — it won't answer unrelated questions. For non-OpenClaw tech support, you'd need a different service. For billing, account, or subscription questions, email us at openclaw-rescue@openclaw-rescue.com.
Pricing & Billing
$99 per month, billed monthly. You can cancel any time — no contracts, no commitments.
Log into your account and click "Cancel Subscription" — it takes about 10 seconds. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for. No cancellation fees.

Yes. We use Stripe for all payments — one of the most trusted payment processors in the world. We never see or store your card number.
Using the Chat
Not at all — that's the whole point. You don't need to know anything about code, servers, or configuration files. Just describe what's happening in normal words, or send a screenshot. We handle the technical translation.
Yes! Screenshots are actually the best way to show us what's going wrong. Describe your problem and mention what you're seeing on screen — the AI will ask follow-up questions based on your description.
Usually within a few seconds. The AI types its response in real time so you can see it as it's being written.
