Please read these terms carefully before using OpenClaw Rescue. By signing up and using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. Who We Are

OpenClaw Rescue is a service operated by Oufimil Inc., a Delaware corporation. We provide AI-powered support assistance for users of the OpenClaw platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to OpenClaw or its developers in any way.

2. The Service

OpenClaw Rescue provides subscribers with access to an AI-powered chat assistant that specializes in OpenClaw-related questions, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. The service is provided "as is" on a subscription basis.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate, helpful responses. However:

AI responses may not always be perfect, complete, or applicable to your specific situation
We do not guarantee that following our guidance will resolve every issue
Technology changes — some guidance may become outdated as OpenClaw is updated

3. Subscription and Payment

The current price is $99 per month, billed monthly
Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms of service
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled
You may cancel at any time from your account page — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued upon cancellation; you retain access through the end of the paid period.
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months under any circumstances

4. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds as a general policy. However, if you experience a significant service failure on our end, contact us at support@openclaw-rescue.com and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OpenClaw Rescue to:

Ask questions unrelated to OpenClaw (our AI will decline anyway)
Attempt to extract, copy, or reverse-engineer our AI system prompts or backend systems
Share your account credentials with others
Use the service for any illegal purpose
Abuse, threaten, or harass our support staff

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

THIS IS IMPORTANT. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oufimil Inc. and OpenClaw Rescue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, system damage, or any other losses arising from your use of this service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

You use this service at your own risk. Always back up your data before making system changes, regardless of the source of the instructions.

7. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oufimil Inc., its officers, directors, and employees from any claim, demand, or damage arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

9. Chat History and Data

We log your chat sessions for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes. By using the service, you consent to this logging. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms or the service shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in San Diego County, California. You waive any right to a jury trial and agree that any claims shall be resolved on an individual basis, not as part of a class action.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends immediately.
